Merchants (Service Providers)​

A merchant is a seller — brand, store, supplier, or operator — with category, offering type, lifecycle status, branding, hours, verification, and rating.

Offerings​

An offering is a sellable product (with stock) or service (with duration), unified under one model with the same pricing, media, tags, and order lifecycle.

A cart is a durable, headless working set of offerings. An order is the single source of truth for a transaction, with an independent payment-status machine and an auditable timeline.
