Getting Started​

Account Setup​

  1. Visit app.kadaikodi.com
  2. Create your customer account and verify your email
  3. Complete your profile and delivery preferences
  4. Add payment methods
  5. Save your delivery addresses

Browsing offerings​

Merchants list offerings — products (with stock) and bookable services (with duration) — across nine commerce categories:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Personal Care & Beauty
  • Clothing & Fashion
  • Repair & Maintenance
  • Home Services
  • Health & Wellness
  • Education & Skills
  • Retail & Merchandise

Placing Orders​

Finding merchants and offerings​

  1. Browse merchants and offerings
  2. Filter by category, search by name
  3. Check ratings and reviews
  4. View availability and fulfillment options

The order process​

  1. Add offerings to your cart, with per-item customizations
  2. Choose a fulfillment type — pickup, delivery, on-location, or home service
  3. Confirm your address and pick a payment method
  4. Review server-computed totals (subtotal, tax, delivery fee, discount, total)
  5. Place the order and receive a human-readable order number

Tracking your order​

Follow your order through its lifecycle:

  • placed → confirmed → preparing → ready → out for delivery → delivered → completed
  • Payment status is tracked independently (pending → processing → paid → failed → refunded)
  • Get notifications as the status changes
